Job summary

Accor Hospitality Services is seeking a Concierge Executive to warmly welcome and assist tenants and visitors in a Sydney office asset. You will support tenant activation initiatives and embody Accor’s Heartist culture in daily interactions.

Based in the lobby, you will blend front-desk hospitality with proactive engagement, identifying trends to elevate the customer experience while upholding core Accor values and service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering exemplary customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for delivering premium service and guest experiences.
• Must hold a valid National Police Check.

Responsibilities

• Greet, welcome and serve tenants and visitors to the asset.
• Be a key source of knowledge about the asset and local precinct.
• Provide services that add convenience, exclusivity, community and utility.
• Work in the lobby and rove the building to engage with tenants and visitors.
• Be the face of Accor to tenants and visitors and represent the brand.
