Doltone Hospitality Group in Sydney is seeking an experienced Event Sales Manager to drive weddings and special events sales, building meaningful client relationships and turning enquiries into unforgettable experiences.

You will represent a premium brand, connect with people in a fast-paced environment, and impact the growth of our weddings & special events team. Weekend work is required with a weekday off.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in event sales, venue sales or hospitality.
• Proven track record turning enquiries into bookings.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective couples to the venue, provide personalised tours and respond to client enquiries.
• Develop tailored proposals and packages, negotiate terms and close sales.
• Collaborate with the Events team to ensure every detail is executed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Represent the brand at showcases and promotional opportunities.
