Job summary

Grand Pacific Group in Mosman, NSW seeks a Wedding Sales Manager to drive wedding reception and private event sales. Role covers lead generation, quotations, client conversions, site inspections and booking conversions, with weekly leadership reporting.

Full‑time position Tue–Sat, based in Mosman with parking provided. You will lead a small office team and partner with the Director of Sales to grow revenue in a competitive Sydney wedding market.

Responsibilities

• Proactively follow sales leads and generate new business.
• Prepare quotations and create event packages.
• Convert clients and conduct site inspections.
• Turn inspections into bookings and achieve monthly KPI targets.
• Collaborate with the Director of Sales on opportunities and report weekly.
• Manage the office team and day‑to‑day venue office operations.

The role is primarilyfocused on the selling of wedding receptions and private celebrations.Along with the responsibility of day to day venue office requirements and managing a team, meeting sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a firm understanding of the Sydney wedding market and have a proven sales track record.A high level of customer service and a fine eye for detail is paramount.You will have an eager sales drive and be a results driven leader.You will be adept at multi tasking, enjoy a fast paced environment and have a competitive nature to reach sales targets.

Your daily focus will be, however not limited to:

Proactively following sales leads

Preparing quotations and creating suitable event packages

Client conversion

Conducting site inspections

Converting inspections into bookings

Achieving monthly sales KPI's

Working with the Director ofSales in generating new business opportunities

Weekly reporting to Senior Leadership Team

Managingthe office team

Position is full time Tuesday to Saturday, based in Mosman, with parking provided.
