Job summary

Signorino Tile Gallery is seeking a Showroom Sales Consultant for our Waterloo showroom in NSW, on a contract basis. You will engage clients, provide product guidance on Signorino and Woodcut surfaces, and help keep the showroom running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years experience in sales or retail, preferably in building/architectural supplier market.
• Natural, proactive approach to solving problems.
• Strong listening skills, confident handling objections.
• Genuine interest in design, materials or architecture.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting showroom clients in person.
• Providing detailed product information and advice.
• Managing customer enquiries in person, by phone and email.
• Processing sales and following up with clients.
• Building relationships with retail, trade and interior design clients.
• Maintaining showroom presentation and sample displays.
• Updating CRM records and sales transactions.
