SALITROSA HOLDINGS PTY LTD – Girraween NSW is seeking a motivated Technical Sales Representative to build and grow relationships with tile retailers and showrooms across Sydney and regional NSW. You will advise on our range of floor and wall tiles and natural stone products and help customers succeed with Stoneworld.

The role covers managing accounts, identifying new clients, providing technical product advice, training showroom staff, and coordinating quotes, deliveries and pricing within

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (building/construction, architecture, interior design, materials) or marketing/business.
• At least 1 year of experience in technical B2B sales to retailers, distributors or merchants.
• Strong understanding of tile and stone products and their applications, incl. specs and performance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage an allocated portfolio of tile retailers in Sydney and regional NSW, building long-term relationships and growing Stoneworld's share.
• Identify and develop prospective clients through directories, industry sources, and CRM; plan call cycles to convert them into active accounts.
• Assess customer needs and recommend products, including format, finish, material type, slip resistance, and suitable applications.
• Provide technical product advice on specifications, installation considerations, and care of natural stone.
• Train retailer staff on product knowledge and selling points.
• Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing and credit terms, and record orders in systems.
• Coordinate supply and delivery with warehouse, logistics and purchasing, considering long lead times for imports.
• Monitor market trends and report feedback to sales management.
• Collaborate with marketing, purchasing, customer service, and warehouse teams.
