Job summary

Wall Street Waterloo showroom is seeking a Showroom Sales Consultant on a contract basis. You will split between client facing and showroom administration, selling Signorino and Woodcut products, with focus on natural stone and timber surfaces.

You will work with a team that values product knowledge and showroom presentation, growing your expertise over time. You will also develop relationships with retail, trade and interior design clients, while helping to achieve individual and team targets

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in sales or retail, preferably in the building/architectural supplier market.
• Strong listening skills and ability to handle objections.
• Genuine interest in design, materials or architecture.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting showroom clients with detailed product information.
• Managing enquiries in person, by phone and email.
• Processing sales and following up with clients.
• Maintaining showroom presentation and sample displays to a high standard.
• Updating CRM records and sales transactions.
• Supporting the trade and wider team as required.
