Job summary

Hype DC Belconnen, part of Accent Group, seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead a premium, fast-paced retail store. You will deliver the brand vision, drive sales, and build a high-performance team that delivers memorable customer experiences.

You will be on the floor most of the week, coaching staff, optimizing rosters, and ensuring best-in-class merchandising and omni-channel execution across a multi-brand environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a premium, fast-paced retail environment with a proven record in driving sales and KPIs.
• Ability to coach, motivate and level up a large team of brand ambassadors.
• Experience delivering best-in-class customer experiences and managing rosters for cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Run a multimillion-dollar store and drive financial sales goals and metrics.
• Create a people-first culture by empowering and developing talent.
• Deliver on brand vision and strategy with on-floor leadership 80% of the week.
• Provide coaching, support, and feedback to drive results.
• Recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new team members.
• Deliver a seamless omni-channel experience and top-tier Visual Merchandising.
