Job summary

M.J. Bale is seeking a Store Business Manager for the Myer Adelaide City concession. The role focuses on owning the concession’s performance, leading from the floor, and delivering the personal service the brand is known for.

You’ll drive sales, manage rostering, stock and merchandising while building relationships with customers and collaborating with the Myer team. A strong sales track record in premium fashion is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven retail management experience, preferably premium fashion or menswear.
• Strong sales record with ability to meet/exceed targets.
• Ability to coach, motivate and hold a team accountable.
• Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate the concession team on the shop floor.
• Drive sales and deliver against targets and KPIs.
• Build lasting relationships with new and returning customers.
• Manage rosters, stock, visual merchandising and daily operations.
• Develop a strong working relationship with the Myer team.
• Keep the concession sharp, well stocked and ready for trade.
• Identify opportunities to grow the business.
