M.J. Bale is seeking a Store Manager to lead the Myer Sydney concession, driving sales and delivering premium customer experiences. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication and the ability to manage stock, merchandising and daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll motivate a team, build relationships with Myer management, and uphold the brand's standards of service and presentation to exceed commercial targets.

M.J. Bale is looking for an energetic, positive and self-motivated Store Manager to lead our Myer Sydney concession.

We're looking for someone who brings a little personality to everything they do – someone who's happy-go-lucky, loves building relationships, thrives on achieving sales targets and knows how to create an exceptional customer experience.

The Role

As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day success of the concession, balancing a strong sales focus with exceptional operational standards.
