M.J. Bale is Australia’s premier gentlemen’s clothier, renowned for quality tailoring and exceptional service.

We are seeking a Store Business Manager for our Perth flagship stores to own store performance, lead from the floor and create an experience that keeps customers returning. Your day will involve leading, coaching and motivating the team, driving sales toward KPIs, building local client relationships and managing rosters, stock, merchandising and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience, ideally in premium fashion or menswear.
• Strong sales record and confidence working towards targets.
• Ability to coach, motivate and hold a team accountable.
• Strong commercial awareness and operational skills.
• Genuine interest in tailoring, styling and customer service.
• Hands-on leadership style and willingness to lead from the floor.

Responsibilities
