Job summary

Soi Fire in Potts Point seeks a Restaurant Manager/FOH Leader to take full operational ownership of the floor, drive daily front-of-house operations, financial performance, compliance, and team development—while maintaining a laser focus on guest satisfaction and seamless communication with the kitchen.

You will lead rostering, floor management, and guest experiences, building a high-energy, guest-centric team.

Qualifications

• Experience as Restaurant Manager or Senior Maitre d' in premium/high-volume settings.
• Strong financial acumen, including P&L, labor %, and stock management.
• Outstanding communication and guest service with conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership across peak service operations.
• Drive floor management, reservations pacing, and table allocation.
• Monitor F&B quality, service standards, safety, and procedures to hat-level standards.
• Contribute to strategic venue initiatives to improve service and finances.
• Manage rostering, labor costs, workforce planning, and compliance for FOH teams.
• Mentor and retain front-of-house talent through training and floor engagement.
• Cultivate guest relations and host memorable experiences for regulars.
