Doltone House in New South Wales is seeking an energetic Event Sales Coordinator to build relationships with clients, turn enquiries into opportunities, and represent a premium brand at every touchpoint.

You will manage the venue’s sales pipeline, conduct tours, prepare proposals and contracts, and coordinate events with the team to deliver unforgettable experiences for clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in event or hospitality industries.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Skilled in preparing client proposals, budgets and drafting contracts.
• Excellent communication with confidence and influence.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the venue’s sales pipeline and meet monthly targets.
• Conduct venue tours for prospective clients and assess needs.
• Handle enquiries via phone, email, on-site and visits; generate quotes.
• Develop event proposals and sales contracts for approval.
• Coordinate trade shows and internal events; represent Doltone House professionally.
• Support on-site events; manage bookings in CRM and invoicing.
• Collaborate with Events team to ensure seamless execution.
