Job summary

Springfield House Function Centre in Dural NSW is seeking an energetic and highly organized Event & Sales Coordinator to join our family-owned wedding and events venue. You will manage client inquiries, bookings and availability using Pipedrive, conduct venue tours, prepare tailored proposals and booking agreements, and follow up with clients to drive sales.

You will also plan and coordinate weddings and events, liaise with vendors, and contribute to annual sales targets while delivering

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, event planning or coordination.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with a professional approach.
• Excellent organisation and time management with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work calmly under pressure.
• Availability to work every Saturday and occasional evenings; RSA/First Aid preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage client inquiries, bookings, and availability tracking through CRM (Pipedrive).
• Conduct venue tours and consultations to understand client visions and event requirements.
• Create tailored event proposals, quotations, and booking agreements.
• Follow up with clients via phone and email; maintain weekly/monthly sales reports and payments.
• Contribute to achieving annual sales targets and maximise revenue through upselling and relationship management.
• Assist in marketing initiatives, social media updates, and promotional activities.
• Represent Springfield House at exhibitions, workshops, and industry events; coordinate events with team.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute weddings and events; manage logistics, timelines, menus, and floor plans.
• Liaise with vendors and internal departments to ensure seamless execution.
