King Living Newcastle is seeking a Design Consultant to deliver consultative customer experiences in our showroom. You will build real relationships, guide customers on their purchasing journey with design expertise, and thrive in a premium environment with no pressure tactics.

Three days per week — Thursday, Friday and Saturday — with the rest of your week free. You will manage leads, follow up enquiries, and maintain showroom standards while using our in-house systems to process orders.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in consultative sales within a premium, design-led retail environment.
• Genuine interest in interior design and premium products.
• Strong track record of conversion, revenue performance and client relationship development.
• Proactive follow-up discipline and personal touch in client care.
• Available to work Thursday, Friday and Saturday each week.
• Professional presentation aligned with a premium brand environment.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Consultative Customer Experience: Build strong relationships and guide customers through their purchasing journey with design expertise and genuine care.
• Pipeline Management & Sales Performance: Follow up on leads, quotes and enquiries to convert opportunities into sales with the team.
• Showroom & Brand Standards: Maintain showroom presentation to a premium standard in line with Visual Merchandising guidelines.
• Systems & Administration: Use in-house systems to process and manage sales orders efficiently and accurately.
