King Living Newcastle seeks a Sales Consultant who loves design and people, guiding customers through the purchasing journey with genuine care. This role focuses on consultative selling, real conversations, and a premium showroom experience.

You will build relationships, follow through with care, and contribute to a team that values design excellence and customer satisfaction. Three days a week—Thursday, Friday and Saturday—keep a balanced schedule and the rest of the week is yours.

Qualifications

• Experience in consultative sales within premium or design-led retail environments.
• Interest in interior design, furniture and how people live.
• Proven track record of converting leads into revenue and building client relationships.
• Proactive follow-up with customers, adding value in every interaction.
• Professional presentation aligned with a premium brand.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships and deliver high service levels face-to-face.
• Follow up on leads, quotes and enquiries to convert opportunities into sales.
• Maintain showroom presentation in line with Visual Merchandising standards.
