King Living is seeking a part-time Sales Consultant in Melbourne to deliver consultative customer experiences in a premium showroom. You will build relationships, apply design insight, and guide customers to decisions they feel great about.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales within a premium, luxury or design-led retail environment
• Genuine interest in interior design, furniture, materials and the way people live
• Strong track record of conversion, revenue performance and client relationship development
• Proactive follow-up discipline — you follow up personally, with genuine value
• Comfortable in an outlet environment where stock movement and floor presentation are part of the daily rhythm
• Available to work Saturday and Sunday as part of your regular three-day roster
• Professional presentation aligned with a premium brand environment

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships and deliver a high level of service face to face — guiding customers through their purchasing journey with design expertise and genuine care.
• Follow up on leads, quotes and enquiries to convert opportunities into sales — working collaboratively with the team to maximise performance during campaigns and promotions.
• Maintain outlet floor presentation to the highest standard — ensuring every area reflects the King Living brand with pride and professionalism at all times.
• Use in‑house systems to process and manage sales orders efficiently and accurately.
