Job summary

Assetlink is hiring a Concierge and Valet Attendant for Macquarie Centre, North Ryde. The role focuses on delivering premium customer experiences, greeting guests, and providing professional valet services with a friendly, proactive approach.

You'll welcome customers on arrival, park and retrieve vehicles, manage keys securely, and maintain a clean, welcoming concierge and valet area while supporting the wider onsite team.

Qualifications

• A current full, unrestricted Australian driver licence is essential.
• Impeccable presentation and professional grooming.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for helping people.
• A positive, enthusiastic and approachable personality.
• Confidence driving and manoeuvring a variety of vehicles safely.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to remain calm, professional and composed in a busy environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• The ability to build meaningful relationships and create lasting positive impressions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility and availability to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, hotels, concierge, valet or a similar customer-facing role is highly regarded.
• A strong commitment to safe working practices.
• Physically fit and comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.
• Must have valid work rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, professional and welcoming experience to every customer.
• Meet and greet customers and assist with enquiries, directions and general information.
• Anticipate customer needs and go above and beyond to deliver exceptional service.
• Respond professionally to customer enquiries, requests and concerns.
• Build positive relationships with customers, retailers, centre management and other stakeholders.
• Provide professional valet services, including receiving, parking and retrieving customer vehicles.
• Safely operate a variety of vehicles in accordance with company procedures and road safety requirements.
• Manage vehicle keys and customer vehicles securely and responsibly.
• Assist with maintaining the smooth and efficient operation of the valet area.
• Maintain exceptional presentation and ensure the concierge and valet areas are welcoming and professional.
• Work collaboratively with the wider onsite team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
