Job summary

Assetlink at Macquarie Centre, North Ryde, is seeking a friendly Concierge and Valet Attendant to deliver warm, professional service and valet support. You will greet customers, help with information and drive/park vehicles with care.

You will be the first face customers see, maintaining a polished presentation while assisting across a 7-day roster and contributing to a premium customer experience.

Qualifications

• A current full, unrestricted Australian driver licence is essential.
• Impeccable presentation and professional grooming.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for helping people.
• Ability to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, professional and welcoming experience to every customer
• Meet and greet customers and assist with enquiries, directions and general information
• Anticipate customer needs and go above and beyond to deliver exceptional service
• Respond professionally to customer enquiries, requests and concerns
• Build positive relationships with customers, retailers, centre management and other stakeholders
• Provide professional valet services, including receiving, parking and retrieving customer vehicles
• Safely operate a variety of vehicles in accordance with company procedures and road safety requirements
• Manage vehicle keys and customer vehicles securely and responsibly
• Assist with maintaining the smooth and efficient operation of the valet area
• Maintain exceptional presentation and ensure the concierge and valet areas are welcoming and professional
• Work collaboratively with the wider onsite team to deliver an outstanding customer experience
