Job summary

moomoo in Sydney seeks a proactive Client Development Manager to drive acquisition and growth for premium clients. You will identify opportunities, manage a high-value pipeline, and convert prospects into active clients, while partnering with internal teams to deliver a superior client experience.

The role includes engaging high-net-worth investors, representing moomoo at events, and traveling interstate as needed to support client conversations and growth targets.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce or Finance.
• 2+ years in sales, business development or client acquisition within financial services.
• Proven ability to develop new business and build a sales pipeline.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with clients.
• Commercially minded, results-oriented and self-motivated.
• Experience with high-net-worth clients; RG146 desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new client opportunities, focusing on high-net-worth investors.
• Build a robust pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals and events.
• Engage clients to understand trading needs and convert opportunities.
• Lead full client acquisition process from outreach to closing.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, product and trading teams.
• Travel interstate for meetings and events as required.
