Karmo is Australia’s leading car subscription provider, offering flexible vehicle access and a premium customer experience. We are seeking a Customer Experience Consultant to act as a true automotive concierge, guiding clients to the perfect subscription for their lifestyle.

You’ll deliver a white-glove service from onboarding to renewals, collaborate with operations, sales and delivery teams, and champion the customer voice to continually improve our offering.

Qualifications

• Relevant customer service experience with a drive to exceed expectations.
• Outstanding communication skills enabling rapport with customers.
• Experience navigating CRM systems and learning new platforms.

• Drive loyalty with tailored service from onboarding through renewals and returns.
