Job summary

Karmo is Australia's leading car subscription provider seeking a Customer Experience Consultant to elevate service to a premium level. You will act as an automotive concierge guiding clients to the right vehicle subscription and ensuring a frictionless journey from onboarding to renewal or return.

You'll collaborate with operations, sales, and delivery teams, resolve issues swiftly, and use feedback to continuously improve our service. A valid Australian driver's licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive customer service or concierge experience with a genuine passion for exceeding expectations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build instant rapport.
• Strong technical aptitude including CRM experience and ability to learn new platforms.
• Current, valid Australian Driver's Licence (Essential).

We are looking for a driven Customer Experience Consultant to act as a true automotive concierge for our clients. In this role, you will elevate standard customer support into a premium, white-glove experience, ensuring our customers enjoy every single step of their Karmo journey.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Act as a dedicated concierge, expertly guiding customers to the ideal vehicle subscription for their lifestyle and needs.
• Drive customer loyalty by delivering outstanding, tailored service from the initial onboarding through to renewals and vehicle returns.
• Collaborate seamlessly with our operations, sales, and delivery teams to ensure a completely frictionless customer journey.
• Champion the customer voice by swiftly and professionally resolving issues and utilizing feedback to continuously improve our service.

What You’ll Bring

• Extensive customer service or concierge experience with a genuine passion for exceeding expectations.
• Excellent communication skills, allowing you to build instant rapport and handle a wide variety of interactions professionally.
• Strong technical aptitude, including experience navigating CRM systems and the confidence to learn new technology platforms.
• A current, valid Australian Driver's Licence (Essential).

Note: Automotive experience is highly desired but not essential. We hire for attitude and train for skill!
