Karmo is Australia's leading car subscription provider seeking a Customer Experience Consultant to elevate service to a premium level. You will act as an automotive concierge guiding clients to the right vehicle subscription and ensuring a frictionless journey from onboarding to renewal or return.

You'll collaborate with operations, sales, and delivery teams, resolve issues swiftly, and use feedback to continuously improve our service. A valid Australian driver's licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive customer service or concierge experience with a genuine passion for exceeding expectations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build instant rapport.
• Strong technical aptitude including CRM experience and ability to learn new platforms.
• Current, valid Australian Driver's Licence (Essential).

Responsibilities
