Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Sunshine Coast is seeking a motivated Warranty Administrator to join our exclusive Mercedes-Benz dealership on the Sunshine Coast. In this full-time role you will manage warranty claims from submission to approval, applying your technical knowledge and attention to detail.

You will work closely with Service Advisors and Technicians, learning Mercedes-Benz systems and manufacturer requirements through ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Sound understanding of automotive technology, repairs and workshop terminology.
• Dealership experience in warranty or service is preferred.
• Confident with computer systems and new software tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to interpret technical information.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Clear communication and collaboration with service teams.
• Willingness to learn and pursue ongoing manufacturer training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process and submit manufacturer warranty claims.
• Review repair orders and workshop documentation to ensure claims meet guidelines.
• Apply technical automotive knowledge to understand repairs and warranty requirements.
• Learn and navigate warranty submission programs and manufacturer systems.
• Monitor claims, follow up submissions and resolve rejected or queried claims.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies.
• Liaise with Service Advisors, Technicians and Service Management to clarify technical information.
• Stay up to date with manufacturer warranty policies and system changes through training.
