Job summary

Mazda, part of Penfold Motor Group, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join the busy service team in Melbourne. You will be the link between customers and the workshop, ensuring clear communication and a premium service experience from check-in to collection.

You'll deliver personalised service, manage the servicing journey, record requirements, liaise with technicians, prepare invoices, and seek additional opportunities while maintaining manufacturer standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
• Strong understanding of vehicle servicing and workshop operations.
• Current Australian Driver Licence.
• Mazda or dealership experience highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalised customer experience throughout servicing.
• Manage customers from check-in to collection.
• Record customer requirements accurately and prepare repair orders.
• Coordinate with Technicians and the Workshop team.
• Keep customers informed of progress, costs and timelines.
• Identify additional service opportunities and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain service standards and contribute to KPIs.
