Job summary

Expo Centric in Perth is seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our team. You will operate CNC machinery, interpret drawings, program orders, and produce precision components for exhibition stands, displays, event structures, and bespoke projects.

We value safety, accuracy, and a proactive mindset. You’ll work with a collaborative team, maintain quality through tooling checks, in-process inspections, and clean, organised production spaces while adhering to WHS standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in CNC operation and programming.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Proficient with G-code, tooling, offsets and measuring instruments.
• Strong focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machinery safely to cut, shape and produce precision components.
• Interpret production drawings and convert them into CNC outputs.
• Program CNC machinery for new orders and edit G-code as required.
• Measure components to ensure tolerance and specifications.
• Change tooling, monitor wear, and replace worn bits.
• Maintain clean, organised work area and manage stock levels.
