Job summary

seek.com.au is seeking an experienced CNC Operator / Programmer to join our manufacturing team on a permanent basis. The role involves hands-on CNC machining of aluminium and steel, loading software, and operating a range of CNC equipment.

Key tasks include material preparation, programming and setup of Multicam Router and LVD Turret, and collaboration with production and logistics. Prior QA/WHS procedures knowledge is preferred, with a focus on independent work and team contribution.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC Router and Turret machines.
• Competent in AutoCAD.
• Ability to program and set up CNC equipment (Multicam Router Machine, LVD Turret).
• Experience with ENROUTER, TOOLPATH, ABE Planner, CADMAN-PL is advantageous.
• Experience documenting for quality control systems is desirable.
• Ability to follow QA and WHS procedures.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of aluminium and steel materials is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials per work orders for aluminium and steel using CNC machinery (Turret/Router).
• Assist other machinists and support assembly work as required.
• Collaborate with production and logistics to meet daily needs.
