Job summary
Precast Projects Pty Ltd is looking for experienced Precast Installers to join our team. You will coordinate installation on construction sites, working with crews, subcontractors and site personnel to deliver installations safely, efficiently and to high quality standards.
Applicants should have proven precast installation experience, strong erection method knowledge, crane experience, and a High Risk Work Licence – Intermediate Rigging.

We are seeking an experienced Precast Installers to join our team, multiple roles available.
Coordinate precast concrete installation on construction sites. Work with installation crews, subcontractors and site personnel, coordinating daily installation activities to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
- Work within and plan/coordinate installs, including install sequencing and material resourcing
- Ensure precast elements are installed correctly and safely
- Read and interpret precast shop drawings, erection drawings and lifting documentation
- Resolve installation and site-related problems quickly and effectively
- Maintain strong communication with clients, builders and other contractors
- Ensure all work complies with WHS requirements
- Proven experience in precast installation projects
- Strong understanding of precast concrete erection methods and sequencing
- Experience working with mobile cranes, tower cranes and/or other lifting equipment
- Good understanding of crane lifting operations, rigging and load handling
- Ability to read and understand precast drawings
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
- Minimum High Risk Work Licence – Intermediate Rigging
