Job summary

Precast Projects Pty Ltd is looking for experienced Precast Installers to join our team. You will coordinate installation on construction sites, working with crews, subcontractors and site personnel to deliver installations safely, efficiently and to high quality standards.

Applicants should have proven precast installation experience, strong erection method knowledge, crane experience, and a High Risk Work Licence – Intermediate Rigging.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in precast installation projects.
• Strong understanding of precast erection methods and sequencing.
• Experience with mobile/tower cranes and lifting equipment.
• Ability to read precast drawings and lifting documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate precast installation on construction sites and plan sequencing.
• Ensure precast elements are installed safely and to quality standards.
• Read and interpret precast shop drawings and lifting docs.
• Resolve installation and site-related problems quickly.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, builders and contractors.
• Comply with WHS requirements on site.
