Job summary

HD Rigging is recruiting for a major Newcastle project starting in late 2026 for 12 months, with potential for ongoing work. The role involves precast installation, crane work and strict site safety.

Lead precast install crews, plan lifts, sequence panels and coordinate with crane, builder and engineers. High Risk Work Licence and White Card are essential; Heights tickets preferred. EBA pay rates on offer.

Qualifications

• Proven precast install and large project experience.
• Current High Risk Work Licence (DG/RB/RI as relevant).
• Construction White Card and Heights-related tickets preferred.
• Ability to lead precast crews and run toolbox talks.
• Ability to read drawings and engineering details.

Responsibilities

• Lead precast install crews on a large project.
• Plan daily lifts, sequence panels and coordinate with crane, builder and engineers.
• Maintain strong WHS, quality and programme focus.
