JV Recruitment Pty Ltd in Victoria is seeking a Pre-site Construction Administrator / Customer Experience Coordinator to support our rapid expansion. You will help manage client care and handle key approvals after contracts are executed before the build goes to site start.

You'll oversee plan revisions, building permits, warranty policies, and coordinate with internal teams such as construction, drafting and estimating to keep the client journey seamless.

Qualifications

• Experience using internal software platforms for case and document management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee developer endorsements, plan revisions, drawings and permits.
• Organise home warranty policies while tracking client finance progress.
• Create a hassle-free experience for buyers navigating their build.
• Maintain up-to-date internal systems in line with group standards.
• Build networks with external parties and internal teams (construction, drafting, estimating).
• Support site construction to meet elevated client service standards.
