Hexaware is seeking a dynamic specialist to drive presales and design end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions for enterprise clients.

You will collaborate with sales, deliver compelling demos and PoCs, respond to RFPs, and define architecture across integrations, data migrations, and customizations. Join a client-focused team with strong leadership and cutting-edge Microsoft technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
• Strong presales and client-facing skills.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, data migrations, and integrations.
• Certification in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform is a plus.

Job description

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions using Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform
• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and presentations to prospective clients
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and other client documentation with well-crafted solutions and proposals
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform
• Design end-to-end solutions using Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Service, Marketing) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages)
• Define solution architecture, including system integrations, data migrations, and customizations
• Collaborate with development teams to create technical designs and ensure successful implementation
• Lead workshops and requirement-gathering sessions to translate client needs into technical deliverables
• Work closely with clients, project managers, and technical teams to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to both clients and internal teams
• Stay updated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform features and industry trends
• Advocate for best practices in solution design, development, and deployment
