Job summary
Hexaware is seeking a dynamic specialist to drive presales and design end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions for enterprise clients.
You will collaborate with sales, deliver compelling demos and PoCs, respond to RFPs, and define architecture across integrations, data migrations, and customizations. Join a client-focused team with strong leadership and cutting-edge Microsoft technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
- Strong presales and client-facing skills.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, data migrations, and integrations.
- Certification in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, PoCs, and presentations to prospects.
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and other client documentation with well-crafted solutions and proposals.
- Define solution architecture, including system integrations, data migrations, and customizations.
- Lead workshops and requirement-gathering sessions to translate client needs into technical deliverables.
- Provide technical leadership to clients and internal teams.
- Stay updated with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform features and industry trends.
