Job summary

Lime Recruitment in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer to design, build, and support complex enterprise solutions on the Microsoft stack.

You will lead hands-on development across customization, integrations, portals, and data migration, delivering secure, scalable solutions with Agile delivery and thorough documentation.

Strong collaboration with stakeholders and a focus on compliance will ensure successful handover under QMS standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM.
• Proven experience creating CRM custom workflows, plug-ins, and Resco mobile solutions.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer to design, build, and support complex enterprise solutions. In this role, you will lead hands-on development across the Microsoft stack, integrating custom workflows, portals, and third-party systems to deliver high-performing solutions that align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Customization & Integration: Build custom workflows, plug-ins, Resco mobility solutions, and Dynamics 365 Portals. Engineer secure integrations connecting Dynamics 365 with external software and third-party vendor applications.

Data & Architecture: Manage relational databases and execute complex data migration concepts.

Agile Delivery: Deliver technical solutions within an Agile framework, hitting key milestones on time.

Documentation & Operations: Produce clear system and support documentation to ensure smooth operational handover and adherence to Quality Management System (QMS) standards.

Compliance: Ensure all solutions comply with relevant departmental policies, legislation, and security standards.

Technical Requirements & Qualifications

Extensive hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM, including large-scale, complex projects.

Proven track record creating CRM custom workflows, plug-ins, and Resco mobile solutions.

Demonstrated experience customising Dynamics 365 Portals and establishing third-party software integrations.

Strong working knowledge of relational database management and data migration techniques.
