Job summary

RN Projects is seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Coordinator to join our team in Australia. You will coordinate all pre-sales activities, prepare proposals, liaise with suppliers, and help ensure timely, accurate submissions that meet client requirements.

The role is full-time and permanent with a base salary range of 70,000 to 90,000 AUD per year, based in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane. You will work with internal stakeholders to support commercial targets and project delivery.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years experience in sales support / sales operations / pre-sales coordination or customer engagement, preferably within ICT.
• Familiarity with ICT products, processes and sales environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organised and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations and documentation aligned with brand and pricing standards.
• Coordinate pre-sales logistics with suppliers and manage equipment procurement and resources.
• Manage variations and commercial requirements for ongoing projects.
• Maintain pre-sales project files (e.g., SharePoint/Altus) with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Identify risks and issues and track/resolution to protect deadlines.
• Ensure certifications are valid and up to date.
• Participate in proposal reviews and help improve pre-sales processes.

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our ongoing growth and reputation. You will play a pivotal role in enabling successful sales outcomes by ensuring seamless coordination of all pre-sales activities.

About the Role

Full time, permanent role: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum

Role location – can be Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane based

As our Pre-Sales Coordinator at RN Projects, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure that proposals meet business standards, deadlines and client expectations – ultimately contributing to the achievement of commercial targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales process by preparing and delivering accurate proposals, presentations and documentation in line with brand and pricing standards - ensuring timely and profitable submissions
• Liaise with major suppliers / vendors to coordinate all pre-sales logistics, including equipment procurement and resource allocation
• Manage and coordinate variations and commercial requirements for ongoing projects
• Maintain and manage pre-sales project files and records (e.g. in SharePoint/Altus), ensuring their accuracy, confidentiality and accessibility
• Identify, document and elevate proposal project risks and issues
• Track and resolve issues promptly to minimise impact on deadlines
• Ensure manufacturer certifications are valid and up to date
• Contribute to quality control by participating in proposal reviews, implementing standards and assisting in developing and improving pre-sales best practices and processes

About You

You will be able to demonstrate:

• 3 to 5 years experience in sales support / sales operations, pre-sales coordination / account coordination or customer engagement, preferably within the ICT industry
• Familiarity with ICT products, processes and sales environments
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organised and skilled in time management - proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify, elevate and resolve issues pro-actively
• Superior attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the accuracy, confidentiality and quality of documentation and deliverables
