Job summary

Kinetic IT in Canberra is seeking a Pre-Sales Architect to bridge customer needs and innovative technology solutions. Working closely with sales and account teams, you will design customer-focused solutions that help organisations solve complex challenges and position Kinetic IT for success.

You will lead workshops, present solutions, contribute content for proposals and RFPs, and collaborate with delivery and commercial teams to ensure feasibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in solution architecture, pre-sales consulting, or technical delivery within ICT environments.
• Ability to design and articulate end-to-end technology solutions for customers.
• Broad knowledge across Cloud, Infrastructure, End User Computing and Cyber Security.
• Experience supporting bids, proposals, tenders, or customer engagements.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and presentation skills, translating technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Australian citizenship with Baseline clearance or the ability to obtain NV1 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, cost-effective ICT solutions aligned to customer requirements.
• Partner with Sales and Account Directors to shape winning solution strategies.
• Lead customer workshops, technical presentations and solution discussions.
• Provide technical leadership and content for proposals, tenders, EOIs, and RFPs.
• Collaborate with technical, delivery and commercial teams to ensure solutions are feasible.
• Contribute to reusable pre-sales assets, solution frameworks and best practices.
• Provide market and customer insights to support future growth opportunities.
