The successful candidate will manage job orders, documentation, and timelines, coordinating artwork and approvals while liaising with internal teams to secure resources and maintain accurate records in ERP/MIS systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning, scheduling, or pre-press/pre-production.
• Proficient ERP/MIS or production management systems.
• Experience in printing, packaging, labels, manufacturing, or similar industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and process incoming job orders and production requirements.
• Prepare job specifications and production documentation.
• Plan and schedule work to meet customer deadlines and production capacity.
• Coordinate artwork, proofs, and approvals where required.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure all materials and resources are available prior to production.
• Monitor production schedules and communicate any changes or delays.
• Maintain accurate job records within company systems.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflow and productivity.
• Ensure all work is planned in accordance with quality standards and company procedures.
