Job summary

Edgewater Homes is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for a full-time parental cover contract, based at the Edgewater Homes office in Smeaton Grange. You will join the Completed Homes Team, supporting delivery from build to market and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

In this role you will coordinate construction processes, manage documentation and liaise with site supervisors, service providers and internal teams, ensuring smooth project progression and post-construction

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential construction projects, maintaining accurate project records and providing construction updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Manage compliance and handover documentation, including OC, utility connections, settlement packs, and HBCF policy closures.
• Act as a liaison between Site Supervisors, service providers, and internal teams to support project delivery.
• Respond to homeowner enquiries and provide post-construction customer support during warranty.
• Coordinate warranty inspections, manage warranty claims, and oversee defect rectification with homeowners, trades, and suppliers.
• Provide general administrative support to the Construction team.

Job description

As our newest Customer Service Coordinator, you’ll join a passionate, driven, and collaborative team in this full-time, parental cover contract, based at the Edgewater Homes office in Smeaton Grange.

About your new role

Join our Completed Homes Team as a Customer Service Coordinator and help bring our new home builds to life. Throughout the building process, you'll play a key role in keeping everything on track, coordinating processes behind the scenes and making sure all the moving pieces come together to get our completed homes ready for market.

Working closely with teams across the business, you'll build great relationships and collaborate to deliver a seamless experience for our customers. Bringing your strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and customer-first mindset, you'll be an important part of creating positive outcomes every step of the journey.

What you will do:

• Coordinate residential construction projects, maintaining accurate project records and providing construction updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Manage compliance and handover documentation, including Occupation Certificate (OC), utility connection applications, settlement packs, and HBCF policy closures.
• Act as a key liaison between Site Supervisors, service providers, and internal teams to support project delivery and completion.
• Respond to homeowner enquiries and provide post-construction customer support throughout the warranty period.
• Coordinate warranty inspections, manage warranty claims, and oversee defect rectification works with homeowners, trades, and suppliers.
• Provide general administrative support and assist the wider Construction team with ad hoc tasks as required.
