headspace Kempsey, operated by Newcastle Anglican, is seeking a Practice Support Officer – Administration Officer to manage front reception and support the GP practice for youth aged 12-25. You’ll coordinate appointments, maintain records, liaise with GPs and Allied Health, and handle Medicare/MBS processes while upholding confidentiality.

This position will be responsible for the efficient operation of the headspace ‘front end’ reception and primary care GP practice. You will be the first point of contact for a range of young people 12- 25 years, including those who may be experiencing mental health problems.
