IntegratePHYSIO is seeking a Practice Manager for our North Brisbane clinics (Warner & Narangba). You will lead the day‑to‑day operations and administration across both sites, reporting to the Directors.

With a physiotherapy clinic background, you will oversee billing (WorkCover QLD, CTP, DVA, Medicare EPC, NDIS), recruitment and onboarding, and drive process improvements. The role offers genuine autonomy and direct access to the business owners.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a physiotherapy clinic (practice manager, assistant practice manager, senior admin or clinic coordinator).
• Based in or near North Brisbane / Moreton Bay (e.g. Warner, Narangba, Strathpine, Albany Creek, Petrie, Kallangur) – you'll work across both clinics.
• Confidence with physio billing: WorkCover QLD, CTP, DVA, Medicare EPC, NDIS and health funds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the administration team across both clinics.
• Manage rostering, leave and day-to-day workforce needs.
• Monitor clinician diaries, utilisation and clinic workflow.
• Oversee billing and accounts receivable, liaising with our bookkeeper and accountant.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, policies and procedures.
• Coordinate suppliers and facilities, and resolve operational issues before they reach the Directors.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement better systems.

Practice Manager – Physiotherapy Clinic | North Brisbane (Warner & Narangba)

Lead the day-to-day running of an established physiotherapy practice in North Brisbane.

IntegratePHYSIO is an established physiotherapy practice with clinics in Warner and Narangba and a team of 20+ clinicians and administration staff.

With our long-standing Operations Manager relocating interstate, we're looking for a Practice Manager with a physiotherapy clinic background to take ownership of operations from early 2027.

WHAT'S ESSENTIAL

• Experience working in a physiotherapy clinic (practice manager, assistant practice manager, senior admin or clinic coordinator). Applicants with experience only in GP/medical, psychology, podiatry or other non-physio settings will not be considered.
• Based in or near North Brisbane / Moreton Bay (e.g. Warner, Narangba, Strathpine, Albany Creek, Petrie, Kallangur) – you'll work across both clinics.
• Confidence with physio billing: WorkCover QLD, CTP, DVA, Medicare EPC, NDIS and health funds.

HIGHLY REGARDED

• Experience leading or managing a team
• Coreplus or Cliniko experience

• A track record of improving systems and processes

THE ROLE

Working closely with the Directors, you will:
