Job summary

Sale Street Dental is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead a high-performing team at our Orange clinic on a 3-6 month fixed-term contract.

You will manage budgeting, scheduling, and patient relations while maintaining exceptional service quality and staff engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Dental Practice Manager or in a similar managerial role within a dental or healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of dental procedures, office management and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent financial management skills, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Available to commit to a 3-6 month fixed-term contract.
