Myhealth is seeking a Practice Manager for our Chatswood Chase Clinic in NSW. You will drive operational excellence, oversee day-to-day administration and work closely with lead doctors to optimise patient care and clinic workflows.

We value leadership, exceptional communication, and hands-on problem-solving. You’ll manage nursing and admin staff, handle scheduling, and support staff development through ongoing training and a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in a General Practice environment with responsibility for operations.
• Strong leadership and delegation abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage nursing and administration staff.
• Familiarity with Medicare, DVA, Work Cover and private health billings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with lead doctors to ensure smooth workflows.
• Oversee day-to-day practice operations and quality of care.
• Facilitate inductions and training for new staff.
• Manage diary scheduling and patient appointment coordination.
