Job summary

Myhealth Toowong is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead daily operations, drive team development and ensure excellent patient care. You will oversee staff, scheduling, and clinic performance in a fast-paced environment.

If you have a minimum of 2 years in GP practice management, strong leadership and superb communication, this full-time role offers a dynamic setting with opportunities to influence practice operations and culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in GP practice management with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Familiarity with Medicare, DVA, Work Cover, HICAPS and Private Health Insurance billing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the GP practice at Myhealth Toowong.
• Lead and develop the team to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Facilitate inductions and training for new staff.
• Manage diary scheduling, waitlists, and patient appointments.
• Provide solution-focused management for clinic operations and doctor queries.
• Lead a hands-on team to address patient care and workflow challenges.
