Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare management or senior operational leadership.
• Ability to lead reception, administration and nursing teams.
• Experience improving systems, workflows and patient experience.
• Understanding of healthcare compliance and risk.
• Proven ability to recruit, onboard and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Work with Directors as part of the practice leadership team, providing operational insight and supporting development.
• Attend Board meetings and report on key practice matters and actions.
• Lead, mentor and support the reception, administration and nursing teams.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, staff rosters, workflows and service delivery.
• Establish clear expectations, responsibilities and accountability across the team.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, probation, performance management and staff development.
• Maintain accreditation readiness, compliance and key practice requirements.
• Oversee relevant financial administration, weekly timesheets and leave records.
• Collaborate with the practice’s bookkeeper, accountant and external advisers.
• Support PIP, Medicare and other relevant practice programs.
• Keep Directors informed of significant operational, workforce, financial, compliance matters.
• Identify and implement improvements across systems, workflows, patient experience and team effectiveness.
