Job summary

Next Practice Norwood is seeking a Practice Manager with a proven track record of leading high-performing patient-centered teams to run our Norwood clinic. You will oversee clinic operations, administration, and staff management while partnering with the Clinical Director to deliver excellent patient care and efficient workflows.

You will drive engagement, coordinate care, manage budgets and accreditation processes, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading healthcare teams and driving patient-centered care.
• Proven ability to manage staff performance, recruitment and rostering.
• Strong organisational and commercial acumen with focus on targets and budgets.
• Experience with accreditation and compliance processes in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, mentor and develop a high performing practice team.
• Oversee patient access, care coordination and patient experience improvements.
• Drive employee engagement and culture within the clinic.
• Staff management including recruitment, rostering, supervision, and training for front desk.
• Provide direction on administrative matters and resolve non-clinical complaints.
• Manage budgets, accounts, and financial reporting for the clinic.
• Ensure accreditation and compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Oversee facility management, equipment maintenance and inventory.
