You will develop procedures, manage staff, and uphold a values-driven culture focused on connection, teamwork, and open communication, with responsibilities including recruitment, onboarding, and ensuring NDIS compliance.

• Experience in practice management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• NDIS knowledge and compliance (desirable).

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily clinic operations and service delivery.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
• Facilitate team meetings and cross-disciplinary communication.
• Strengthen and maintain a collaborative team environment.
• Ensure NDIS compliance and accurate record keeping.
• Create, refine, and implement procedures and workflows.
• Provide leadership and supervision to administrative staff.
• Respond to client enquiries professionally and with care.
• Partner with Directors on team and business growth.
