• Implement and maintain SOPs and centre processes.
• Monitor centre performance and drive business objectives.
• Promote a patient-first culture focused on exceptional service.
• Build strong relationships with GPs, nurses, allied health professionals and stakeholders.
• Support quality improvement and accreditation activities.
• Ensure WHS policies and procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with Regional and National Leaders on projects.
