Job summary

InHealth Medical in Adelaide is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of a busy, mixed-billing clinic with 12 GPs and 800+ patients per week. You will lead staff, manage rostering and payroll, drive quality customer service, resolve IT and operational issues, ensure accreditation and compliance, and coordinate administrative and clinical meetings.

Applicants should have 3+ years in General Practice, experience with Best Practice, HotDoc and MS Office, and strong

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in General Practice.
• Experience as Practice Manager or Team Leader in a busy GP clinic.
• Sound understanding of AGPAL accreditation & legislative requirements.
• Experience using Best Practice, HotDoc, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
