Suncoast Health Centre on the Sunshine Coast is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join the team three days per week. You will lead daily operations, mentor the admin team, coordinate rostering and recruitment, and ensure Medicare and compliance are sound as the practice grows.

You’ll work with leaders who value collaboration, flexibility and practical solutions, shaping workflows, onboarding, and staff development to deliver a positive patient and staff experience.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing a general practice.
• Strong Medicare and mixed billing knowledge.
• Experience guiding teams through growth or change.
• Understanding of accreditation and compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Collaborative, approachable leadership style.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in developing people and improving processes.

Aufgaben

• Leading the day-to-day operations of the practice.
• Supporting and mentoring the reception and administration team.
• Coordinating rosters and workforce planning.
• Recruitment, onboarding and staff development.
• Payroll preparation and reporting.
• Medicare oversight, debtors and operational reporting in collaboration with an experienced bookkeeper.
• Supplier management and stock control.
• Accreditation and compliance activities.
• WHS, privacy and policy implementation.
• Managing patient feedback and complaints.
• Identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes.
• Supporting the practice's social media presence and management of online reviews.
• Working closely with leadership as the practice continues to evolve and grow.
