Job summary

Culburra Beach Medical Centre is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead a dedicated team of two practice nurses and three administration staff. You will have autonomy over day-to-day operations and work with a supportive management and clinical team to optimise systems and patient care.

Are you an experienced Practice Manager — or an experienced Office Manager/ Healthcare Administrator ready to take the next step — looking for a role where you are trusted, supported and given the autonomy to lead?

A Practice Manager Role with Real Autonomy

You'll have considerable autonomy over the practice's day-to-day operations, supported by an experienced wider management and clinical team when you need it.

You'll take ownership of the practice's smooth running, support your team and doctors, solve problems, improve systems, and help shape how the practice operates.

The Team You'll Lead

You'll be working with a team of:

2 Practice Nurses

3 Administration team members
