National Dental Care is seeking a dynamic Dental Receptionist for our Springfield practice on a casual basis. You’ll provide high quality administrative support to clinicians and engage with patients in a positive, professional manner.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years’ experience as a Dental Receptionist, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication. You’ll thrive in a busy, team‑focused environment and contribute to a smooth patient journey.

About the Role

As a Dental Receptionist in our thriving Springfield practice, you’ll play a key role in clinical treatment. You’ll confidently and expertly provide high quality clinical and administrative assistance to practice clinicians, as well as engage with patients in a positive and professional way. Your energetic nature and strong organisational skills will help to ensure the ongoing success of the practice and the satisfaction of patients.

Skills & Experience

You have:

• Proven 2 years experience as a Dental Receptionist
• Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite

You are:

• Highly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentation
• An excellent communicator - both written and oral - with strong attention to detail
• Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise busy workloads and manage multiple demands within required timeframes
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
